‘Childish’ to Believe Russia Can Be Defeated, Alipov Says, Citing Nuclear Arms

Date:

It is “childish” and “unprofessional” to believe Russia can be defeated, Ambassador Denis Alipov said, citing his country’s nuclear arms as the ultimate deterrent.
“The Europeans continue with their belligerence… There is no chance,” Alipov stated, calling their belief “craziness.”
He contrasted this with Donald Trump, who he alleged “understands that this war is lost by Ukraine and the West.”
The ambassador’s entire argument hinged on Russia’s nuclear status, which he said makes it impossible for the country to be “taken over.”
He explicitly linked this to state policy, noting that Russia’s doctrine allows for a nuclear response in the face of an “existential threat.”
