CJP’s Dipke Criticizes Economic Impact of Modi’s Anti-Paper Leak Legislation

Date:

Abhijeet Dipke, the founder of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), has openly criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi following the release of a video in which the Prime Minister enthusiastically announced the passage of the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026. In this selfie-style video, Modi hailed the new legislation as a significant advancement in creating a reliable examination environment and committed to taking stringent measures against what he termed the “paper mafia.”

Dipke took to social media to express his disapproval, targeting not only Modi’s physical appearance in the video but also questioning the effectiveness of the proposed legal measures. His skepticism centers on whether the introduction of stricter laws can truly address the persistent issue of exam paper leaks, a problem that has plagued the education system.

The CJP, a political entity under Dipke’s leadership, has maintained that the focus on punitive measures in the bill is misplaced. Instead of merely penalizing those caught in the act, the party argues for more comprehensive approaches aimed at preventing such leaks in the first place. They advocate for systemic reforms that would enhance transparency within the examination process.

Further criticism from the CJP points to the need for changes within the National Testing Agency (NTA), suggesting that reforming this body could be key to addressing the root causes of examination fraud. By shifting focus from punishment to prevention, the CJP believes that a more robust and incorruptible examination system can be established, ultimately benefiting students nationwide.
