Justin Bieber’s Team Denies Debt Rumors, Slams “Clickbait” Reports Amid Mental Health Reflections

Date:

Justin Bieber’s representatives have strongly denied recent claims that the pop star is facing massive financial debt following the cancellation of his Justice World Tour. The rumors stem from a Hollywood Reporter article alleging Bieber owes millions to tour promoter AEG, calling it a “crisis of faith.”
Bieber’s team has labeled the piece “clickbait stupidity,” accusing the outlet of relying on anonymous and misinformed sources. “These unnecessary stories and inaccurate assumptions will continue,” his reps stated, “but they won’t deter him from following the right path.”
The controversial report suggested that Bieber’s cancellation triggered financial fallout, including a rumored $20 million debt and a $40 million tour advance. His team responded firmly, saying such claims reflect a lack of understanding of the entertainment industry and do not resemble Bieber’s current reality.
Though the article also raised concerns about Bieber’s mental well-being, fans were reminded of his openness about struggles with self-worth and imposter syndrome. In March, the singer shared a deeply personal message on Instagram, revealing how years of fame affected his emotional health and decision-making.
From early fame and substance abuse to ongoing therapy and marriage to Hailey Bieber, the Canadian singer has publicly reflected on the pressures of child stardom. He acknowledged the emotional toll of life under the spotlight and credited his personal growth to finding balance and responsibility later in life.
Despite the media noise, Bieber remains committed to personal healing and forward movement. “If you feel sneaky, welcome to the club,” he wrote in March. “I definitely feel unequipped and unqualified most days.”
